We are excited to add a Product Manager to our marketing team The position will pay between $93,000 - $134,000 plus bonus' based on previous relevant experience, educational credentials, and location.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Focus efforts to drive revenue growth in support of sales and company objectives for the core Wound Care and/or Surgical portfolio.
  • Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns and programs using a variety of tools and communication methods in support of sales growth objectives for enhanced product adoption.
  • Develop and maintain a network of strong relationships with key opinion leaders in order to best develop ongoing educational programs in alignment with campaigns, tradeshow activities, and medical education initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deliver programs in line with the Commercial Strategy to capitalize on opportunities with existing products
  • Direct creative marketing programs, digital initiatives, social media, and customer-focused campaigns
  • Identify clinical application needs of customers to develop full-line communication vehicles and sales tools to enhance sales growth
  • Work with multi-functional teams within the company to gain collaboration and full input for programs
  • Align with multi-functional teams to develop and implement messaging that incorporates branding, product application, and medical education through multiple vehicles including digital media, symposia, physician training, and exhibit booths
  • Establish annual marketing plans for all assets and execute promotional tactics with a focus on healthcare providers, consumers and payers
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to best define and support product positioning, surgical technique development, clinical study needs, and medical education initiatives
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to build a body of clinical evidence and drive medical education programs
  • Create and lead learning modules to support New Hire and other Sales Training initiatives to advance Sales Team knowledge. Closely interface with Sales Training to support training of new sales representatives and other MIMEDX personnel
  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity, analyzing competitive information for field sales communication and support
  • Collaborate with upstream marketing to drive new product needs and subsequent launch plans. Own the launch of respective products within the United States.
  • Work with key opinion leaders, marketing team and sales leadership to help design and lead implementation of marketing programs, including customer focused media and other vehicles directed toward the identified new markets
  • Work with Customer Insights to ascertain market research and analytics to gain insights, prioritize resources and plan tactics, including voice of customer
  • Determine annual budget needs in support of sales, business, and market growth objectives; conduct timely and accurate expense reporting; ensure annual budget is met, as directed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA desired)
  • 3-5 years' Marketing and/or Sales experience in wound care, surgical, or similar field

  • Functional understanding of marketing strategy, planning, tactics and tools

  • Budget planning, forecasting and project management experience

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels in the company
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Organized, flexible, and able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and respond with a sense of urgency to all inquiries and requests
  • Strong project management skills to direct resources, priorities, and meeting deadlines

  • Highly effective problem solving and decision-making ability

  • Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts, processes and products and improve upon current programs and processes

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve desired results

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work is typically performed in a normal office environment. May require travel to support trade shows, on average 3 times per quarter.
