Responsibilities
Kforce's client, one of Boston's most dynamic investment management companies, is seeking a Senior Finance Associate on their Fund Management team. This company offers a highly proven promotion track, an excellent compensation plan and the chance to work with some of the best people in the industry. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote. Responsibilities include:

  • Senior Finance Associate will coordinate investment allocations across various accounts, ensuring compliance with portfolio guidelines
  • Monitor fund liquidity and partner with treasury on cash management
  • Support new fund setup and operational readiness
  • Communicate pipeline and fund updates to finance and planning teams
  • Oversee pre-trade processes for accurate booking and allocation
  • As a Senior Finance Associate, you will drive portfolio optimization initiatives with internal teams
  • Ensure accurate reporting and maintain data integrity
  • Participate in onboarding for new investment vehicles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with a strong GPA preferred
  • CPA certification
  • 3+ years of Big 4 or large national public accounting experience or financial services experience within the industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
