AWS Cloud Engineer

Hybrid/Remote · Full Time · Experience: 3-4 years

As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructures for Techfinite's enterprise and government clients. You will focus on automation, security, and performance optimization while enabling faster delivery of cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications.
  • Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Manage networking, IAM policies, and security best practices in AWS environments.
  • Monitor cloud performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
  • Stay updated on AWS services and recommend best-fit solutions for client needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and VPC setup.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, ECS, or EKS).
  • Solid understanding of cloud networking, identity management, and security practices.
Preferred Skills
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator certification.
  • Experience in hybrid cloud and cloud migration projects.
  • Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, CloudTrail).
