Construction Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary:
Project Management Duties:
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of all construction phases across multiple location.
- Manage project schedule, budget, and resource allocation in coordination with company leadership and client representatives.
- Maintain the project baseline schedule, 3-week look-ahead schedules, and ensure milestone compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, utilities, and local authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Ensure full compliance with Quality Management and Safety/Environmental Requirements
Superintendent Duties:
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities including demolition, civil, electrical, and installation work.
- Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and field crews; ensure adherence to approved drawings and safety protocols.
- Maintain as-built documentation, field reports, and photographic progress records.
- Conduct daily coordination and safety briefings with site personnel.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
Certifications:
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety (required).
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software proficiency (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and electrical systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain effective communication with clients and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50, $85,000.00 per year
