Pure Clean Solutions HTX is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality service throughout the Houston area. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Remote Lead Intake & Scheduling Representative to handle incoming Thumbtack and Google leads, answer calls, and convert inquiries into booked appointments.

Position Overview

The Lead Intake & Scheduling Representative will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will be to promptly respond to incoming calls and messages, provide friendly and professional assistance, gather project details, and schedule services using our internal calendar systems.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys communicating with people. Training and scripts will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to Thumbtack and Google lead calls/messages in real time
  • Convert incoming leads into booked appointments
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional information about our cleaning services
  • Collect necessary job details from customers (location, service type, timing, etc.)
  • Schedule new clients on the company calendar
  • Update lead statuses and maintain accurate customer records
  • Follow communication guidelines and scripts to ensure consistency
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent Pure Clean Solutions HTX with professionalism

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, call center, sales, or scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to respond quickly to inbound leads during scheduled hours
  • Comfortable using online scheduling tools and CRM-style platforms (training provided)
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Professional, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
