Description

Bridge Tower is a vertically integrated owner-operator of Single Family and Build-For-Rent communities, delivering over 400 new homes per year. We provide quality homes in both urban infill and suburban areas while managing every stage of the process—from acquisition and development to leasing and property management.

Overview:

We are seeking an Automation Manager to join our team. This role partners with multiple departments—including Finance, Property Management, Land Development, and Construction—to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement automation solutions. The analyst will help shape how automation and integration are used across Bridge Tower, with direct visibility to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong understanding of process design, workflow automation, and change management. This cross-functional role will float between teams, recommending improvements and building scalable automations that improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to analyze workflows and uncover inefficiencies
  • Map, document, and standardize business processes across functions
  • Design and deploy scalable automation solutions integrating ERP, CRM, and property management systems (e.g., Acumatica, Appfolio, ).
  • Build and maintain secure data integrations and APIs between key platforms.
  • Partner with Accounting to automate recurring financial and operational reports
  • Partner with IT to ensure automations are secure, scalable, and sustainable
  • Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) to monitor automation ROI, time savings, and data quality.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to teams adopting new processes and tools
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
  • Research and recommend new automation and AI tools that enhance efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, automation, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Power Automate, Smartsheet, or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
  • Ability to document and communicate complex processes in a clear, visual, and user-friendly way
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience implementing process improvements that reduce manual effort
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently and drive measurable results
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) a plus
  • Experience connecting or automating data between systems like Appfolio, Yardi, or is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Preferred Certifications (not required but highly valued):

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400)
  • Tableau or Power BI certifications
  • SQL Certification (Azure Data Fundamentals DP-900)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
  • UiPath RPA Associate / Advanced Developer
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
