Position Description:

The Computer Programmer (Junior) shall translate detailed program flowcharts into program-coded instructions used by third- and fourth-generation, or current state-of-the-art computers.

Looking for a talented and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with experience in Angular, and PostgreSQL to join our development team. Will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications, working across the full development stack - from user interfaces to API services and databases

A. Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using Angular (v12 or newer) and TypeScript

B. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using and

C. Design and manage database schemas, queries and procedures in PostgreSQL

D. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver functional, user-friendly features

E. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and application performance

F. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

G. Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and ensure the application meets quality standards

H. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and release planning

I. Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed

Education:

This position requires a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline; or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.

General Experience:

The proposed candidate must have at least three (3) years of computer programming experience.

A. Strong hands-on experience with Angular, and PostgreSQL

B. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

C. Experience with REST API development and integration

D. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools and Agile development practices

E. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

F. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

G. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team

H. Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

Specialized Experience:

A. Familiarity with Docker, Java, Cloud Platforms (AWS) and DevOps concepts

B. Exposure to authentication/authorization mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth2

C. Knowledge of frontend state management tools (e.g., NgRx)

D. Basic understanding of performance optimization and database indexing
