About the Role:
We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystem. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full DevOps lifecycle — from infrastructure provisioning to deployment automation, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across our platforms. You'll collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a plus) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar) for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog) to ensure performance and reliability
Collaborate with software engineering teams to containerize applications and optimize microservices for scalability and resiliency
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Site Reliability Engineering
Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable)
Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
