What you'll do

  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and manage project schedules using construction management software
  • Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Utilize e mail for project documentation and collaboration with team members
  • Oversee construction site activities to maintain safety standards and quality control
  • Manage project coordination efforts among stakeholders, including contractors and subcontractors
  • Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project workflows

Basic qualifications

  • Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices
  • Experience with Civil 3D for site development projects

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in cost estimation processes
  • Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools
  • Previous experience in a project management and construction site environment
