About the Role

BBT Fitness is seeking a passionate and results-driven instructor to lead our signature Glutes on Fire class — a high-energy fusion of dance fitness, resistance band training, and strength-based movement.

This position is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in front of a group, knows how to create an engaging environment, and is ready to elevate the standard for dance-based strength training. As the instructor, you will be responsible for delivering structured, effective workouts, building strong relationships with participants, and driving class growth and retention.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead dynamic, resistance band-based dance fitness sessions that are inclusive, structured, and results-driven.
  • Educate participants on proper form, band technique, and safe progression through each class.
  • Maintain a professional, energetic atmosphere that motivates and challenges all fitness levels.
  • Monitor attendance trends and implement creative strategies to increase participation.
  • Convert first-time participants into long-term members through engagement and relationship building.
  • Partner with the BBT marketing team to promote your class across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to maintain class consistency, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in group fitness, dance fitness, cheer, collegiate dance or performance-based instruction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and crowd management skills.
  • A motivating personality with the ability to inspire confidence and discipline in clients.
  • Reliable, organized, and professional with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for community building and member engagement.
