About the Role

The
Growth & Succession Associate
plays a central role in advancing Integrated Partners' strategic growth initiatives — driving both
new advisor recruitment
and
succession and acquisition opportunities
.

Working closely with the
Head of Advisor Recruiting
and the
Head of Strategic Development
, this role supports all stages of the firm's advisor growth lifecycle — from identifying prospective advisors, to managing inbound and outbound recruiting activity, to analyzing potential succession and M&A opportunities.

This is a dynamic role suited for someone who combines a
sales-minded, consultative approach
with
analytical and strategic skills
. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending relationship management, business development, and deal analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Advisor Recruiting & Growth

  • Identify and source new prospective advisors through outreach, inbound lead response, and industry networking.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring top-of-funnel activity and high data integrity.
  • Conduct introductory calls and discovery meetings to assess fit and position Integrated's value proposition.
  • Coordinate recruiting activity and meeting schedules for the Head of Advisor Recruiting.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute outbound campaigns aligned with industry trends and events.
  • Host and engage with advisors during "Integrated 360" visits, helping to address business, transition, and platform questions.
  • Train and support internal staff on competitive positioning and advisor engagement best practices.

Succession & Acquisition Support

  • Support the evaluation and execution of advisor succession and acquisition opportunities.
  • Build and maintain financial models, including revenue, EBITDA, and valuation scenarios.
  • Conduct due diligence and gather data to inform deal structure recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to coordinate onboarding and integration planning.
  • Contribute to materials for internal stakeholders, including leadership and partner firms.
  • Research industry trends, M&A benchmarks, and advisor demographics to guide strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in advisor recruiting, sales, consulting, or corporate development.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or relationship management, ideally within the RIA, broker-dealer, or asset management industries.
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with valuation, P&L, and M&A fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior audiences.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 7, 66, and/or 65 preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
