Located in the heart of Arlington, TX, it provides a tranquil retreat with top-tier hospitality. We are looking for a Guest Services Associate to join our team at the hotel front desk.

Position Overview

The Guest Services Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and provide information about the property and local attractions.
  • Reservations: Manage room and spa reservations using the hotel's booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain guest records, process payments, and perform daily reporting tasks.
  • Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, spa, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attributes: Professional appearance, warm personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Availability: Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
