Front Desk Manager – Premier Dental Practice

Our boutique dental office is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will embody the professionalism, warmth and discretion that define our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each patient with personalized attention and hospitality

  • Manage scheduling to ensure efficient patient flow

  • Handle all phone and in-person inquiries

  • Verify insurance benefits and follow up on insurance claims

  • Facilitate financial arrangements and payments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience in a private setting

  • Strong command of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with dental software
