Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our incentive compensation operations. In this role, you will play a key part in calculating, analyzing, and maintaining compensation programs while serving as a trusted resource for advisors and internal stakeholders. You will leverage strong financial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills to ensure accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement across compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately calculate and distribute monthly incentive compensation payments to plan participants, advisors, and support staff.
  • Configure, manage, and update compensation plans, user profiles, and hierarchical structures within the incentive compensation management system.
  • Provide end-to-end ownership of advisor compensation inquiries, partnering with internal teams to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support complex research requests and develop sound recommendations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by advising advisors and business partners on incentive compensation policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to educate prospects, advisors, and internal teams on compensation programs and tools.
  • Strengthen internal processes and controls while proactively identifying and mitigating risks within compensation workflows.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives, including compensation plan renewals, system enhancements, and process optimization efforts.
