Roofing Service Technician
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Roofing & Siding Service Technician to join our team. As a Roofing & Siding Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing existing roofs and siding for our residential and commercial customers. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and provide timely and efficient resolution of any and all roofing and siding issues.
Perform roof inspections and identify and diagnose roofing issues
Repair and maintain various types of roofing systems including shingle, flat, slate and metal roofs
Install and replace roof vents, flashing, and other components as needed
Conduct preventative maintenance on roofs to extend their lifespan
Repair and maintain various types of siding systems
Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Maintain accurate records of service calls and completed work
Requirements
2+ years roofing experience in repair and maintenance
Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation techniques
Proficiency using roofing and siding tools and materials including a required knowledge of aluminum brakes.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean record (3 years no violations or accidents)
