M9 Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Mid) to work onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Develops and prepares complete, clear, and concise formal and informal presentations, reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs on a wide variety of IT topics and initiatives to executive management and key stakeholders.
- Maintains, curates, retires, and improves inventories of IT assets and information systems, including data quality assessments, customer service, and customer coordination. Drafts and updates technical documents and user guides, and requirements gathering and grooming.
- Manages information system retirement processes, including customer service and customer coordination, providing guidance to system owners and technical staff on system retirement processes, coordinating with legal and records staff to ensure processes are followed, and tracks and engages system POCs to ensure retirement progress.
- Creates and implements quality assurance/quality control programs such as standardized operating procedures, regular and ad-hoc audits of system data, and in-application validation.
- Works on importing and exporting data from various applications, creation and curation of reports, hosting office hours with users from across the enterprise, creating and presenting training materials, responding to customer service requests in email and ticketing systems, updating system and program documentation, drafting and refining business requirements including wireframes, user-acceptance testing of technical requirements, and coordination with key stakeholders and applications.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with working-level stakeholders, including external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience tracking, monitoring, and auditing records of information systems and IT assets.
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Next Generation Enigma, Excel, PowerQuery, and PowerBI experience.
- Experience extracting business intelligence insights from BigFix, Joint Cybersecurity Authorization and Management (JCAM), Xacta, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, JIRA, and HR Reports.
- Experience managing stakeholder groups and extracting customer requirements.
