The Opportunity

We're building the "data prep layer" for the AI age - something every company will need before they can truly use LLMs at scale. As our
Founding Engineer
, you'll own the core pipeline that turns chaos into clean, structured data.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos, loves working close to product, and wants to shape how enterprises clean and structure data for AI.

You'll be part of the founding team, working directly with the cofounders to build, ship, and iterate on a product that sits at the intersection of
data science, machine learning, and AI infrastructure.


What You'll Work On

  • Designing and building our
    data cleaning + structuring engine
    for multi-format inputs (PDF, DOCX, CSV, HTML, etc.)
  • Creating smart deduplication, semantic chunking, and parsing pipelines for
    RAG-ready
    outputs
  • Working on scalable APIs and integrations with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.)
  • Experimenting with
    ML-based document understanding
    , classification, and metadata tagging
  • Helping define the product roadmap, technical architecture, and engineering culture from day zero


What We're Looking For

  • Strong foundation in
    Machine Learning / Data Science / NLP
  • Proficiency with
    Python
    , and experience working with
    data cleaning, parsing, or text processing
    libraries (e.g., LangChain, , PyMuPDF, spaCy, Pandas)
  • Heavy hands-on experience with
    SQL
    and data wrangling
  • Experience designing or scaling
    data pipelines / ETL workflows
  • Bonus: Familiarity with
    RAG systems
    , embeddings, or vector DBs
  • Bonus: Experience in
    finance, consulting, or any data-heavy domain
