As our client portfolio and internal demands grow, we are seeking a Senior System Administrator who thrives in complex, hands-on roles and enjoys tackling challenges across varied technologies and business needs.
In this position, you will operate as a senior technical resource within an MSP environment, managing infrastructure design, cloud services, security initiatives, and end-user support. You will work directly with leadership and clients to ensure uptime, scalability, and security, while also taking the lead on projects that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement scalable IT infrastructure to support business growth
- Manage Microsoft cloud services including Azure, Entra AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Purview
- Maintain server and equipment uptime, performance, and integrity across all offices
- Lead IT projects such as office relocations and integrations
- Implement and manage security solutions to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Oversee vulnerability and penetration testing while ensuring systems and endpoints remain compliant
- Monitor server and firewall logs and enforce least-privilege access controls
- Train users on cybersecurity awareness and prevention
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans, ensuring backups and documentation are up to date
- Troubleshoot telecom and internet issues, including support for Avaya and Zoom systems
- Manage procurement of hardware, software, and services while tracking warranties and agreements
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for desktops, applications, mobile devices, and remote users
- Utilize Intune for mobile device management and assist with onboarding and training
What You Bring
- Proven success in a Managed Service Provider or multi-client IT environment
- Strong expertise in infrastructure design, Microsoft cloud services, and security best practices
- Experience managing complex IT projects from planning to execution
- Broad troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and telecom
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business audiences
Compensation and Benefits:
- $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonuses
