We are seeking a senior-level mobile developer (8–10+ years of experience) with strong, hands-on expertise in both iOS and Android application development.

You'll design, build, and deploy mobile applications using Swift/SwiftUI and Java/Kotlin, ensuring alignment with business requirements, mobile architecture best practices, and CI/CD standards.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth, leadership capability, and cross-platform development experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Build iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI; Android apps using Java or Kotlin (Jetpack Compose is a plus).
  • Manage application setup, configuration, and CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment.
  • Integrate common device features (biometrics, push notifications, camera, microphone, etc.).
  • Translate business requirements/user stories into clear technical tasks.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and offshore developers to ensure alignment and delivery quality.
  • Apply mobile architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices.
  • Support production releases and incident troubleshooting when needed.
  • Optionally mentor junior developers or lead small technical teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years (ideally 10+) of overall application development experience.
  • Proven iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Proven Android development with Java or Kotlin.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and resiliency requirements in mobile environments.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
