About the Role:
At Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville, the Security Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, employees, and property. This role ensures that hotel operations run smoothly while providing a professional presence throughout the property.

What You Will Do:

  • Patrol interior and exterior areas of the hotel, addressing any suspicious situations or individuals.

  • Monitor and review Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage as necessary.

  • Conduct V.I.P. escorts and assist guests with disabilities in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Handle and document guest and employee accidents, room lock issues, noise complaints, and other incidents.

  • Respond to hotel emergencies, including fires, medical situations, natural disasters, and security threats.

  • Implement preventive safety and security programs and train staff on emergency procedures.

  • Investigate crimes affecting the hotel, guests, or employees, and maintain detailed incident reports.

  • Manage the key, lock, alarm, and fire protection systems.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and local laws related to guest and employee rights.

  • Work collaboratively with hotel staff and supervisors, promoting a professional and harmonious work environment.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma (required).

  • Previous guest service or security experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of lifesaving functions including CPR and emergency response techniques.

  • Ability to assist guests and employees in wheelchairs, operate fire extinguishers, and respond to safety hazards.

  • Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Full-time position.

  • Eight-hour shifts; schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or variable times based on operational needs.
