Overview

Product Consultants also earn commission pay in addition to the base hourly wage. As a product consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences through expert product knowledge and exceptional service. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that elevate their business. Your expertise in outside sales and negotiation will empower you to build strong relationships and effectively manage the sales pipeline. What you'll do

  • Engage with clients to identify their needs and recommend products.
  • Utilize your negotiation skills to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads from initial contact through to closing
  • Conduct outbound sales activities and follow-ups, to generate new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Offer products and solutions to maximize revenue while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits at dealerships or events

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer interaction
  • Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory control and retail math effectively

Preferred qualifications (However we will consider training for the right candidate)

  • Experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is highly desirable
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele
  • Background in retail sales or sales management will enhance your effectiveness in this role
