Position:
Finance Director

Work schedule: Remote – local to San Antonio TX

Salary:
Annual bonus potential 20% (10% individual performance, 10% based on company performance)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, operations, or manufacturing within an international organization.
  • Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling and integration planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Operations

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across logistics, quality, warehousing, manufacturing, IT, business analytics, and marketing.
  • Analyze organizational workflows and translate operational insights into strategic recommendations that build capital and reduce costs.
  • Support strategic initiatives including M&A evaluations, due diligence, and integration planning.

Technology & Systems

  • Lead ERP system optimization and integration efforts to support scalable operations.
  • Serve as the internal expert on Excel, developing advanced models and tools to support decision-making and reporting.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Foster collaboration across departments to align operational goals with financial strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with C-suite executives, board members, and global stakeholders to present strategic insights and operational recommendations.
  • Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable business narratives.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure operational practices align with global compliance standards and internal policies.
  • Support internal audits and risk assessments related to operational and financial processes.
