Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, account management, and territory management, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong background in retail sales or outside/inside sales roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in territory management with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for account management and lead tracking.
