We are currently seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Support Technician to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
Role Responsibilities
- Provide Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) administration support for End Users utilizing the EMM Portal
- Participation in mobility MDM daily operations meeting, ensuring compliance and meet customer expectations for your respective sites
- Provide mobility MDM end user support in Adding or Deleting users from the EMM console, Performing remote device management actions like Device Wipe, Enterprise Wipe, and Password Reset also device enrolment, password, Configuration, Application, Email issues, DEP Enrollment etc
- Enforce the customer MDM troubleshooting and resolution in quick time
- Provide support in MEM, MAM, MCM Administration - Mobile Email, Application, Content Management administration & EMM Policy Management
- Provide support in MDM, MAM (mobile email management administration) like Whitelist/Blacklist devices & pushing configuration profiles to the device utilizing the EMM Portal
- Support mobile Application Management like remove and adding users to MAM policies, report on applications installed on devices.
- Interact with a large variety of clients to provide Mobility MDM L2 & L3 technical support for Mobility related incidents and requests.
- Understand requirements, analyze networking issue and provide first level updates and recommendations.
- Meet and manage MDM mobility agreements with customers through troubleshooting the MDM issues and resolving
- Mobile Device Management and the lifecycle for onboarding and offboarding mobile devices
- Mobile Life cycle management & Reporting on device usage, billing, invoicing, and associated Services, such as mobile data, hotspots, and tethering
- Compliance Management, Support / Incident Management, Change Management
Basic Requirements
- 5 + years' IT experience
- 3+ years' hands-on experience in mobility MDM L2 & L3 teams on Workspace One and Microsoft Intune
Additional Skills
- Expert knowledge in troubleshooting on all device platforms (iOS and Android) with multiple applications
- Expertise in MDM Tools: Workspace One & MS Intune MDM
- Migration knowledge from WS1 to Intune
- Knowledge on Nexthink, Autopilot
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a client facing role
- Familiarly and theoretical knowledge of ITIL processes, preferred certification in ITIL foundation course.

- College Degree Preferred

- MDM Tools Workspace ONE
- Microsoft Intune
- MCSE or Microsoft Exchange Server certifications
