Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Machine Shop Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the machine shop industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting our range of products and services.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the machine shop sector.
  • Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales efforts to acquire new clients.
  • Manage existing accounts through regular communication, providing excellent customer service, and upselling additional products or services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and product demos that resonate with potential clients.
  • Engage in technical sales discussions to effectively communicate services.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Skills
