At 3E, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our customers, driving sales, and collaborating with our outside sales team to meet business goals. What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers and a critical part of the sales process. Your days will be dynamic — combining technical knowledge, customer interaction, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:

· Provide technical sales support and guide customers through product selection

· Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

· Partner with the outside sales team to achieve sales goals and complete sales documentation

· Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and credit terms

· Recommend product solutions based on customer needs and technical specs

Maintain and update customer records and sales contracts

· Support the sales team with data entry, proposals, presentations, and sales analysis

Collaborate across departments (design, logistics, supply chain, finance) to deliver excellent service

· Develop and manage price lists and monitor order status

· Provide backup support to the team when needed

· Comfortable working across office and warehouse settings
