Position Overview
We're seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our acquisitions team and help convert pre-qualified leads into successful property acquisitions. You will primarily be following up with warm leads generated by our cold calling and PPL (Pay Per Lead) marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who excels at building rapport, negotiating deals, and managing data within a CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on pre-qualified seller leads provided by our marketing and cold calling teams.
- Build rapport with property owners to understand their needs and motivations.
- Analyze property data, run basic comps, and determine fair offer prices.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and close profitable deals.
- Manage and track all communication within our CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the dispositions and marketing teams to move deals through the pipeline.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and persistence in all communications.
Qualifications
- 2+ year of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales (preferred).
- Strong CRM management skills — experience with systems like Go High Level, Podio, Odoo
- Proven ability to convert leads and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Real estate license (not mandatory).
- Experience in cold calling or lead nurturing.
- Basic understanding of property valuation and market trends.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Full-time, with flexible hours available.
