Fire TV is looking for a Games Category Manager to own and grow our Gaming business — a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of content, business, customer experience, and long-term strategy.

Fire TV is a global leader in streaming, with a mature video offering, a global audience of tens of millions of customers, and a bold roadmap for innovation. Gaming on Fire TV, however, is just getting started — and we see a multi-billion-dollar opportunity ahead. We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can own this space end-to-end, define what the gaming experience on Fire TV should be, and drive 10X growth over the next several years.

This is a builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands the gaming industry deeply, and can connect the dots across content, product, marketing, and business development to create something truly differentiated.

• Drive Content Strategy & Games Hub Ownership: Build and optimize the Games Hub experience, curate the right catalog of games, and work with internal and external partners to deliver compelling titles across the ecosystem.

• Cross-Amazon Collaboration: Partner with Fire TV product teams, plus partner teams across Amazon (Luna Prime Gaming, Appstore, Business Development, Ads) to create a cohesive and scaled gaming offering.

• Influence Product & Device Roadmaps: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure Fire TV devices and OS updates enable delightful, performant gaming experiences.

• Build Strategic Partnerships: Engage with key third-party partners (e.g., Xbox, Volley, and others) to onboard high-impact titles, cloud gaming services, and build long-term content relationships.

• Work Backwards from the Customer: Define and advocate for a customer-centric vision that delivers differentiated, accessible, and delightful gaming experiences on Fire TV.

• Manage with Data: Track performance, surface insights, and use analytics to drive improvements in business performance and customer experience.

• Scale What Works: Establish scalable systems, processes, and mechanisms to support long-term growth of the gaming category across global regions.

Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of game industry experience
