This is a full-time hybrid position as a Business Development Manager at Connect Group USA. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with the option to work remotely in some cases. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for daily business development activities, establishing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth strategies. We are currently growing in North America, and it will be the BDM's responsibility to open up the market by promoting the company to future customers. The clients this position will seek may be in the automotive, medical, or industrial markets, with many areas in which to operate. The leadership and drive of this position are essential to the launch of our new location. Connect Group puts people first and supports real work–life balance.

Qualifications

Experience required in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

Business Development and Sales skills

Client Relationship Management

Market Research and Analysis

Negotiation and Communication Skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
