Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Cash Management Assistant to support our Finance & Treasury organization. Responsibilities include performing daily dial-ups with on-line banks to download electronic bank files; compiling bank information to calculate daily cash position; ensuring accurate posting of all transactions to the general ledger; calculating and keying electronic cash receipts; completing research between Cintas locations and banks; entering monthly bank fees in spreadsheets; maintaining bank data base and ensuring data is accurate; researching unclaimed funds; setting up petty cash process with Cintas locations; completing customer payment forms; and assisting with Treasury & Finance projects.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to work overtime and/or Saturdays when required due to business demand
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
