DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a full time Municipal Accounts Program Manager at our office in Atlanta, GA. This position will serve as the liaison and primary business contact for assigned accounts to ensure service deliverables are met within established timelines, and will be responsible for the preparation of accurate, timely, and competitive bids resulting in profitable sales and positive customer relationships across all product lines to city, county, state, and federal government entities.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement, execute, and maintain policies and best practices relating to the Company's Municipal Account strategy.
  • Learn competitive landscape and prepare strategic sales plans to combat competitive threats.
  • Locate and review previous bid tabulations.
  • Successfully compile pricing and bid documentation and submit according to published timelines to win municipal account bids.
  • Possess expert level skills at using DH Pace estimating processes and procedures and utilizing DH Pace estimating software as well as other business software programs.
  • Assist all operational team members in providing the services necessary to complete work to meet the customers' expectations.
  • Effectively communicate with the customers, supervisors, and other office staff.
  • Promote and maintain a positive attitude toward city, county, state, and federal government officials within the organizations regardless of circumstances.
  • Ensure and coordinate kick-off meetings with all awarded bids.
  • Provide reporting results of KPIs to all stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Expert attention to detail and great customer service skills.
  • Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the door and dock industry and/or related field such as construction or material handling a plus.
  • Experience with government contracts a plus.
  • Travel up to 10%.
