One Federal Solution is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for a large federal program. The Program Manager will ensure quality, timeliness, and integration across multiple program areas, including stakeholder engagement, communications, data analytics, telecommunications engineering, cybersecurity, investment analysis, and administrative support.

Program Manager Description

  • Oversee all phases of the project management lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, risk registers, and action item trackers.
  • Coordinate project interdependencies and ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, providing updates and progress reports to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Implement standardized program management processes and ensure consistent tracking of metrics and KPIs.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare deliverables, and maintain accurate program documentation.

Program Manager Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-state or national programs, preferably in public safety communications or federal environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, FAC-P/PM, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as ArcGIS, PowerBI, Palantir, LTE/5G analytics, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams/Power Platform.
  • Bachelor's degree required; PMP, FAC-P/PM, or advanced degree preferred.
