Position Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated, driven, and collaborative commercial real estate agent to join our team. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone who is ready to dive into the business, build their pipeline, and learn directly from experienced brokers. While we're currently hiring for a summer start, we are also looking for individuals open to continuing into the fall and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of tenant leads
- Maintain communication with tenants and business owners
- Coordinate and attend space showings
- Identify and pursue new retail leasing opportunities
- Collaborate with our team to close deals and grow your book of business
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Proven ability to hit goals and stay motivated independently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, respectful, and comfortable engaging with business owners
- Interest or familiarity with commercial real estate and NYC neighborhoods
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
