  • 5+ years of professional experience in training, coaching, learning & development, or related leadership roles
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
  • Reliable laptop, phone, and internet access
