Job Description:
Concho Hearts Hospice is looking to expand our team. Concho Hearts Director of Operations serves as a leader in the overall organization management of the hospice. The hallmarks of this position include developing people and processes, ensuring high-quality care to each patient, operational support to each office location, and under the director of our Agencies COO. Concho Hearts Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate care wherever you call home. Our team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Doctors provide symptom management, and patient and family support while coping with an end-of-life illness.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational day to day process of Hospice and ADS locations.
- Assist with New office start up.
- Support Executive Directors with the organizational operations.
- Conduct educational in-services and community outreach to promote our superior hospice care services.
- Work closely with the clinical operations.
- Operation / Compliance standards for patient care is up to regulation at each location.
- Assist in office Human Resource.
- EMR knowledge.
- Report updates of operations to COO and home office staff.
Qualifications: MUST have Hospice Marketing experience of 2+ years.
