This position is responsible for delegating work and assignments to personnel in the Patient Transport department. This includes dispatching, prioritizing work flow, enforcing hospital and departmental policies and procedures and establishing controls to ensure that each employee is thorough and effective in job performance. This position works with key drivers in the patient through-put process (i.e. Clinical Nurse Managers & Directors) to ensure timely patient movement and appropriate prioritization of patient transports to support effective patient flow. Complies with the Memorial Health Compliance Program, related policies and procedures and the Code of Business Practices; reports instances of perceived and actual non-compliance to Team Leader or through other reporting mechanisms.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• BLS
• 3 years expereince
