Server/Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring that guests receive top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar platforms.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation techniques, and food handling practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or OpenTable, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Culinary skills or experience in food preparation is a plus.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications related to alcohol service.
