As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will be essential in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing repairs to keep everything running efficiently. What you'll do

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using your strong problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks and system monitoring.
  • Perform welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate components.
  • Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance activities effectively.
  • Lead small teams during maintenance projects, providing supervision and support to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems with the ability to use an ohmmeter for diagnostics.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with residential painting techniques and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
