ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you have a passion for creating "aha" moments through learning? Catapult is seeking a Learning on Demand Consultant to design and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences that help professionals and organizations thrive. In this role, you'll facilitate programs across multiple formats—virtual, in-person, and hybrid—on topics ranging from leadership and HR to digital and professional skills. You'll draw on a deep understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies to deliver sessions that are interactive, relevant, and results driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences that inspire growth and performance
  • Apply proven adult learning theories to ensure content resonates with diverse audiences
  • Deliver both standard and customized training programs tailored to client needs
  • Serve as a trusted learning partner and ambassador for Catapult's development initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine content and share feedback for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred); certifications in HR learning a plus
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating adult learning (in-person and virtual)
  • Strong foundation in adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to varied audiences, industries, and learning styles
  • Residence in North or South Carolina with ability to travel throughout Catapult's service area

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience facilitating adult learning (in-person and virtual)
  • Strong foundation in adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to varied audiences, industries, and learning styles
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred); certifications in HR, learning, leadership, technology, etc. a plus
