We create quality, affordable homes and engage with our residents to foster a strong sense of community and connection.Join us in making a difference in people's lives every day at a company where you can challenge yourself to develop both personally and professionally.We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at Riverstation, a 236 unit apartment community in Dallas, TX.Position Summary:As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property.Responsibilities:Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goalsBuild strong resident relations and provide excellent customer serviceTrain, direct, motivate, and assist site personnelEstablish positive relationships within the communityBe on-call as scheduled by managementQualifications:3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferredSection 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferredYardi software experience preferredAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends as neededAbout Us: Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
