Account Executive

This job entails the responsibility of ensuring the compliance of all benefits programs by providing administration that is both accurate and timely. The benefits analyst will assist benefit consultants by requesting and analyzing data from different vendors. As the principal point of contact, you will be in charge of communicating benefits information and conducting research for wellness program vendors, HR partners, managers, and payroll (as necessary).

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work closely with health and benefits senior consultants to assist with client projects.
  • Assist with the management relationships and coordinate tasks with vendors.
  • Effectively assist with the resolution of client-vendor issues.
  • Assist with vendor data collection, input, and analyze data for trends, and prepare client reports for final peer review by the benefit consultant.
  • Assist with the development/review of summary plan descriptions (SPDs), benefit summaries, and booklets.
  • Assist and participate in vendor implementations.
  • Assist with the preparation of employee communication materials.
  • Assist with compliance research.
  • Assist with the preparation of client summary annual reports.
  • Participate in meetings and communicate with clients, as appropriate.
  • Actively participate in training programs to enhance benefit industry knowledge.

Benefits Analyst Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment.
  • Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
  • Ability to translate and analyze data into reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
