About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Remote Logistics Data Entry Clerk to support daily logistics and shipping operations. In this role, you'll enter, review, and update shipment and order data to help ensure that deliveries are processed accurately and on time. This fully remote position is perfect for someone who enjoys computer-based work, organization, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Enter shipment, delivery, and order details into company databases
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness
  • Update records for tracking numbers, delivery times, and inventory status
  • Communicate with logistics or warehouse teams to verify details
  • Maintain organized digital files and data logs
  • Assist with generating basic shipping or performance reports
  • Support other administrative and data-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • No degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in logistics, data entry, or administrative work is helpful but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $23.40 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
