About the Role
Validity is looking for an Account Executive to join our high-performing new business sales team, with a focus on Canada as a territory. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Validity's Software as a Service products within a designated territory and industry markets. This position is a hybrid work schedule that requires a minimum of three days per week in our Boston office.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell Validity's products and services directly to targeted businesses across specific industries in Canada
- Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Drive new business opportunities by outbound prospecting
- Utilize Validity's sales process to uncover prospect needs and correspondingly the value of the business problem we are attempting to solve
- Qualify and screen all inbound inquiries
- Accurately manage and forecast your business using Salesforce
- Become proficient with using the various sales tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven successful experience in a quota-carrying role
- Successful quota carrying experience selling SaaS technology products or services, calling on business influencers and meeting monthly performance objectives
- Experience selling in the Canada market, dealing with Canadian customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and the ability to multitask with close attention to detail
- Outstanding time management skills
- Experience using Salesforce CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities
- Proficient in Sales Stack of technologies; ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator and Gong.
- Ability to self-source opportunities from cold outbound and warm and inbound lead
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity and comfort using MEDDPICC sales process
- Knowledge/Experience in Email Deliverability or Data Management Industry preferable
- Experience with in-person events is a bonus
