Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer with proven experience in the installation, configuration, and deployment of Wiz Cloud - CSPM/CNAPP across multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise with Wiz Cloud, a solid understanding of Azure DevOps, and experience integrating Wiz with key enterprise systems such as ServiceNow and CrowdStrike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and operationalize Wiz Cloud Security (CSPM/CNAPP) across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI environments.
  • Configure Wiz Project structures using various methods, ranging from tags and metadata to automation, to support large, multi-organisational deployments.
  • Integrate Wiz with multiple cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, and others as needed).
  • Implement integrations between Wiz and enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, CrowdStrike, Vulnerability Scanners and Entra SSO identity providers.
  • Develop and maintain automation to streamline configuration, reporting, and integration tasks.
  • Utilise Azure Functions and custom scripts for automation and remediation activities.
  • Support operational teams by interpreting Wiz findings, prioritising remediation efforts, and optimising alert configurations.
  • Collaborate with cloud security and security teams to ensure consistent alignment with cloud security best practices and governance standards.
  • Document deployment architectures, integration procedures, and configuration baselines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud security covering both Azure and AWS.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and configuring the Wiz Cloud Security platform.
  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and its role in cloud governance and automation workflows.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Experience developing and deploying Azure Functions for automation and security response.
  • Familiarity with integrating cloud security tools with ServiceNow, CrowdStrike, and similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, IAM, network segmentation, and compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO).
  • Ability to manage and optimise configurations across large multi-account and multi-subscription environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Wiz Code or IaC scanning capabilities.
  • Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes security (AKS, EKS).
  • Relevant certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Security Speciality, or Wiz Certified Professional.
