About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our lifecycle and growth marketing efforts end-to-end. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for an experienced marketer who can set up and manage our CRM, design and execute lifecycle campaigns across the full funnel, and drive measurable growth through digital, paid and content channels.

This role is designed for someone who brings strong experience and leadership capability as an individual contributor, someone who wants to lead programs and impact growth directly.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Automation

  • Lead setup, management, and optimization of our CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ensure data integrity, segmentation and workflow automation to support lifecycle campaigns.
  • Build scalable systems for lead capture, nurture and conversion.

Lifecycle Marketing

  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns across the full funnel from acquisition and nurture to conversion and retention.
  • Build and optimize nurture flows (email sequences, triggered campaigns, retargeting).
  • Partner with sales and client success to align campaigns with pipeline goals and lead handoff.

Digital & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (search, social, display) to drive qualified leads.
  • Optimize ad spend, targeting and creative for ROI.
  • Track and improve acquisition efficiency (CAC, CPL).

Content Activation

  • Deploy and promote content assets (emails, landing pages, blog posts, thought leadership) to engage prospects and customers throughout the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure assets support demand generation and conversion.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs across the funnel (lead conversion, pipeline velocity, CAC, ROI).
  • Build dashboards to provide visibility to leadership.
  • Continuously test, measure and optimize campaigns for impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle or demand generation marketing (B2B SaaS or high-growth environment strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of owning CRM/automation systems and building lifecycle programs that deliver results.
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, digital, content).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and attribution models.
  • Ability to work independently and lead programs as an individual contributor with strategic mindset and tactical execution ability.
  • Technical proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, and marketing automation tools
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for company events and/or team meetings.
  • Position based in Denver, CO, open to remote candidates within the U.S.
