DYOPATH is growing — and we're looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist who loves people and processes If you get excited about making systems smarter, improving workflows, and ensuring employees have a great experience from start to finish, you'll fit right in with our awesome HR team at DYOPATH. As an HR Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations — keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the employees and leaders who make DYOPATH great. From managing benefits and leaves to updating job descriptions and fine-tuning data in our HRIS, you'll play a key role in helping us live our Core Values every day.
What You'll Do as an HR Specialist
- Keep our HR systems and carrier platforms in top shape — ensuring accurate, compliant, and up-to-date information.
- Manage benefits administration like a pro — enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination are your jam.
- Oversee leaves of absence (LOA) alongside our third-party vendor, making sure employees get the support they need with clear, caring communication.
- Maintain and refresh job descriptions to align with organizational standards and evolving roles.
- Support learning and development efforts, from HR systems training to onboarding sessions that make new hires feel right at home.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and projects that improve data accuracy and make our processes even better.
- Jump in as backup support for our HR Specialist in Mexico whenever teamwork calls.
What You Bring to the Table
- 1–3 years of HR experience (bonus points if you've mastered HRIS or benefits systems).
- Proficiency with Paylocity, TBX, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- A strong technical mindset and love for clean, accurate data.
- Stellar communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
As an HR Specialist at DYOPATH, you'll join a team that values collaboration, courageous communication, and doing the right thing — always. We're all about creating an environment where people are supported, systems are strong, and great ideas thrive.
