Job Overview

The Director, Nursing and Clinical Services is a transformative leader responsible for driving excellence, accountability, and culture across Brook's clinical operations. This role oversees the Nursing Care Delivery and Tele-Nutrition teams, leading the evolution from traditional, in-person nursing models to a scalable, data-informed, tech-enabled care model.Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director ensures Brook's nurses are empowered, connected, and inspired — redefining what "great care" means in a virtual-first model. This leader partners closely with Product, Operations and Program Development to shape workflows that honor clinical judgment while embracing innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor Nursing and Tele-Nutrition teams to ensure high-quality care, professional growth, and operational excellence.

Cultural Transformation: Guide nurses and clinicians through the transition from in-person to virtual care, helping them reframe their identity and embrace new models of patient engagement.

Performance Management: Define clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards; monitor performance using dashboards, data, and regular feedback loops.

Program Expansion: Build and scale care coordination programs including Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM), and Tele-Nutrition.

Workflow Optimization: Design and implement efficient, compliant workflows that enhance patient outcomes, documentation accuracy, and team collaboration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Quality to ensure technology solutions and clinical workflows align with real-world care delivery needs.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and internal audit requirements; prepare for and support compliance reviews.

Continuous Improvement: Use performance data, patient feedback, and clinician input to identify opportunities for improvement and embed best practices into daily operations.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to align clinical services with Brook's organizational goals, growth plans, and partner expectations.

Culture & Engagement: Champion a culture of accountability, connection, and innovation that fosters trust, professional pride, and shared purpose across all care teams.

  • Strong collaborator who partners effectively with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to design workflows that are clinically sound and operationally realistic.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust, cohesion, and shared culture across distributed teams.
  • Experienced in introducing new technology and processes thoughtfully, ensuring adoption through clarity, empathy, and support.
  • Adept at embedding new ways of working into lasting practice through feedback, continuous improvement, and data-driven insights.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience, in a rapidly changing patient first environment
  • Experience in remote care delivery and CPT codes for RPM, CCM, PCM, and related programs. Active, unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts, New York, or Connecticut (additional licenses as required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, onsite in the office required weekly along with remote work.
