We are transforming education in this country with high-value, skills/apprenticeship-based training that leads to both employment and continuing education opportunities in career fields including Dental Assistant and Medical Assistant.

Sales/ Admissions Advisors work on a sales and admissions team to prospect qualified applicants (students) for admission to the school. Admission Advisors must comply with accreditation rules, along with company policies and procedures, while remaining consistent with the highest ethical standards. This position will conduct a high quantity of prospective phone calls to secure applications and conduct follow-up activity with unresolved student leads and future class applicants.

Salary: The position offers a $45,000 base salary, with an uncapped incentive comp structure based on individual sales performance

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students by telephone, text message, and e-mail
  • This is a "dial out" sales role in addition to requiring that you handle inbound sales calls and convert those calls into enrolled students
  • Maintain reliable phone coverage for a high volume of inbound phone calls from prospective students
  • Connect with prospective students interested in transformative change in their future careers via warm leads we provide you
  • Deliver value through consultative conversations and connect with our potential students on a personal and professional level
  • Accurately and completely explain education programs, expected outcomes, and financial consideration to students and their support system
  • Convert prospective leads to enrolled students through targeted and creative outbound efforts
  • Follow up on a high volume of requests and leads via phone, email, or other communication channels for student inquiries related to enrolling in our program
  • Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for the VP of Sales and Admissions as well as the Leadership Team
  • Meet quarterly enrollment goals for your designated region of schools
  • Administrative duties (i.e checking emails, providing phone coverage, maintaining up to date student records, accurate financials, etc)
  • Work collaboratively with the Admissions team to meet enrollment goals- we win as a team

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of proven inside sales experience with documented success in commission-based / goal-based roles
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Flexibility is a must.
  • Ability to frame the enrollment/sales conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be
  • Ability to build rapport, empathize make a personal connection with our prospective students
  • Ability to prioritize sales leads based on the potential to close
  • For full hours, willing to work up to 55 hours per week to achieve sales goals including some nights and weekends.
  • Proven self-starter, willing to put in the work to achieve sales goals
  • Proficient with Hubspot or similar CRM
