Salary: $60,000 + Commission | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic in-store team.
  • Drive sales targets and deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations and visual merchandising.
  • Create authentic connections with every customer.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in retail management (fashion preferred).
  • 5+ years in retail or customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and Excel/reporting skills.
  • Confidence, positivity, and passion for style.
