YoungKingz Worldwide LLC partners with communities and businesses to provide professional, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning services. We are seeking a dependable individual to join our team and support two managed community locations.

Position Overview:

The Cleaning Services Associate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at both Briargrove Drive Townhouse and House of Hendrix. This is a part-time role with flexible hours spread across two sites.

Responsibilities:

Briargrove Drive Townhouse Condominium Association (Bi-weekly, up to 6 hours/month)

  • Clean main office, club room, and gym (including restrooms)
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash
  • Wipe down high-touch surfaces
  • Restock supplies (when provided)

House of Hendrix (Weekly, up to 8 hours/month)

  • General cleaning of assigned spaces
  • Floor care, trash removal, surface sanitization

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Estimated Hours:
  • Briargrove Drive: Up to 6 hours/month
  • House of Hendrix: Up to 8 hours/month
  • Bi-weekly payroll processing

Schedule:

  • Briargrove Drive: 2 times per month, up to 3 hours per visit
  • House of Hendrix: 1 time per week, up to 2 hours per visit
  • Total Monthly Hours: Up to 14 hours

Start Date: September 24, 2025

Requirements:

  • Prior cleaning/janitorial experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professionalism in communication and conduct
  • Transportation to both locations

Supplies & Equipment:

  • May be provided by the property or discussed case-by-case

Reporting To:

  • Deyonna Brown, Site Contact for both locations
